Digital Literacy

Supporting Our Community Through Digital Literacy!

Access the skills, support, and tools you need to connect, learn, and grow in today’s digital world.
Why Digital Literacy Matters...
1
According to Pennsylvania's Broadband Development Authority (PBDA), over 520,000 Pennsylvanians live in households without fixed broadband availability.
2
PBDA found that 36.6% of residents do not use a computer or tablet at home.
3
The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia found a 27% gap in labor force participation between individuals with and without a computer with broadband access.

Digital Skills Are Essential

Today, everything from finding job opportunities to staying connected with family and accessing healthcare services is online. Yet, many in our community face challenges like lack of internet access, digital devices, or the confidence to navigate the digital world. The LCRB aims to help bridge this gap and build a stronger, more connected community.
